"GO DOLCE" is brewed with Gohyakumangoku rice from Niigata Prefecture, with an alcohol content of only 13%, offering a light and smooth texture. The aroma is like honey and tropical fruits, with a balanced sweetness and acidity. It pairs well with desserts or cheese and won a silver medal at the Milan Sake Challenge, representing a new style of Japanese sake.
