The food at "Ssamssi Ichon" was highly praised by Huh Young-man, the cartoonist of "Sikgaek." Using natural seasonings such as natural fermented enzymes, fruit syrups, and jangajji, and seasonal domestic ingredients (aged kimchi from Haenam, Gwangcheon seaweed, Goseong chili powder, Jukjang salt from Pohang), we create food with a simple taste like home-cooked meals. At Ssamssi Ichon, the owner personally visits Kyungdong Market, Majang-dong, and Noryangjin Fish Market almost every morning to check the condition of fresh ingredients and purchase them.
