Meat and Bread. Sandwiched in bread. The best delicious meat, at its best. Meat The patties we use are 100% Kagoshima Black Wagyu beef, with careful selection of cuts. We use a unique golden ratio blend of meat from the chuck, shoulder clod, neck, and sirloin trim, along with 8 kinds of original spices. We only use meat selected from designated Kagoshima Black Wagyu ranches. Bread To call ourselves 'Meat and Bread,' we must be as particular about the bread as we are about the meat. We use original buns with a rich formulation, using plenty of butter and eggs. They are fragrant on the outside and moist, fluffy, and luxuriously flavored on the inside.
