Sato Sakurashinmachi






We make our soup by hand, balancing the flavors from dried ingredients like chicken bones, seafood, and vegetables to match our kaeshi (sauce base). We also offer three types of chashu pork with different preparations. Please enjoy.

Kombu Water Dipping Noodles
昆布水つけ麺
You can choose between soy sauce or salt for the dipping sauce. We make kelp water using ingredients like Makonbu, Rausukonbu, and Gago-me konbu.
Noodles soaked in a thick kelp broth, to be dipped in the dipping sauce. We recommend enjoying the kelp's umami with the noodles alone at first.

Soupless noodles topped with spicy minced meat, chives, green onions, and egg yolk. It's customary to mix well before eating and finish by adding a small amount of rice at the end.
The prices differ from the ticket machine inside the store, so please pay the staff in cash. Container fee of 50 yen is included as the subsidy has ended.
