The salty flavor of niboshi and the sweet special soy sauce tare mix in the bowl, creating a sweet and savory taste that pairs well with drinks. Special chicken oil with niboshi aroma. By using coarsely ground niboshi powder, a stronger niboshi flavor is achieved.
This is a flavored kaedama. It is seasoned with a special soy sauce tare and niboshi oil, and can be eaten as is like mazesoba, or added to the remaining soup to enjoy.
