The hot pot is meticulously prepared with daily simmered pork bone broth and ancestral original stock, making the soup sweet and not overly salty even after long cooking. The stir-fry option allows for adding the 'Triple Delight' (dried squid, leek sprouts, tomatoes) for sautéing, enhancing the flavor further. Choose from over a hundred selected ingredients, paired with our homemade satay sauce and soy sauce to perfectly complement the deliciousness of the hot pot ingredients. Cover charge $30, rice and sauces are self-service. Minimum charge $250 per person (children $160 from 90cm-130cm). Dining time is 90 minutes on weekends when crowded. A 10% service charge is applied.
