My grandmother Julie's recipe since 1974. Artisanal tarts since 1974. A tart from 'de la tarte' is not just any tart. It's a signature, that of our family for three generations with Julie, founder in 1974 of Tarte Julie, then her daughter Cécile, creator in 1991 of Cæpus, and now Léa, Cécile's daughter, Julie's granddaughter, who is writing her own story with 'de la tarte'.
