We believe we can make your day shine the brightest. In collaboration with 'Salt Beer Above', a master of aging, we present the Super Steak, born from cross-aging! Using only the finest meats such as Jeju Hanwoo (Korean beef) and Black Angus, we determined the optimal thickness for each cut after hundreds of cooking tests. We also use 'Sumibi Yaki' (charcoal grilling), a technique passed down from a renowned chef from Kochi Prefecture, Japan, famous for 'Waraika', and a special sauce from our executive chef (who made it)!
