The meat filling inside is packed without any gaps, making it very firm and fresh. Chewing releases a mouthful of meaty aroma and a hint of soy sauce flavor. The moist meat juice is no less than that of soup dumplings.

Heating Method for Frozen Steamed Buns: After thawing the steamed buns (refrigerate overnight before eating to thaw), use a Tatung electric cooker. Place a rack inside the cooker to elevate the buns. Put the buns on a ceramic plate. Pour half a cup of water into the rice measuring cup. Steam for about ten minutes. Immediately remove the buns when the cooker pops; do not let them steam further, or they will become dry and hard!
