Yu Niu Dian Mian Shi Guo Wu (Dong Men Dian)

This is a unique Taiwanese-style beef noodle soup where raw beef slices are placed on top of the noodles, and then boiling hot broth is poured over to cook the meat to a semi-rare state. The meat remains tender and pink, with an excellent texture. Diners can choose between a rich braised broth or a refreshing clear broth, and select their preferred cut of beef.

Lean meat slices with less fat. Tender and not greasy texture, suitable for pairing with hot soup.

Slices from the shoulder area, with a thin tendon in the middle. Elastic and chewy texture.

Beef slices from the rib area. Evenly distributed marbling, delicate and delicious meat.

Precious cut from the tenderloin. The most tender part of beef, with very little fat, tender texture.

Premium slices from the ribeye area. Rich marbling like marble patterns, intense beef flavor, smooth texture.
