Ya Dong Tian Bu La

A classic Taiwanese street food, similar to Oden. The bowl is filled with various fish paste products (like fish cake sticks and slices), radish, pig's blood cake, fried tofu, and crispy fried wontons, all drizzled with a special sweet and spicy sauce. After finishing the ingredients, it's customary to add broth to the remaining sauce and drink it.

A pastry made from a mixture of glutinous rice and pig's blood, steamed until soft and chewy. This dish is served with hot pig's blood cake drizzled with thick soy paste and coated with generous amounts of sweet peanut powder, usually accompanied by cilantro.

Fresh, sweet cabbage leaves are wrapped around fish paste or meat filling and steamed until tender. The texture is refreshing, with the sweetness of the vegetables and the umami of the filling. It is usually served with broth or sweet and spicy sauce.
