Omokgyo Gopchang is a specialty restaurant for authentic domestic beef intestines, continuing the recipe of a gopchang master with 30 years of tradition. We aim to be a restaurant that preserves the essence of gopchang rather than flashy decorations. Every Friday is Daepa Kimchi making day. We use premium Daepa from Yanggu, directly sourced from a daepa farm, and make and age it in-house according to our mother's recipe. We provide side dishes that pair well with grilled gopchang. Since it's made fresh in-house daily, you can purchase and enjoy fresh daepa.
