Fresh roll made of a rice paper wrapper encasing vermicelli, shrimp, and aromatic herbs. Light, fresh, and non-greasy texture. Usually enjoyed dipped in hoisin or nuoc-mâm sauce.

Steamed dumplings, made of a thin dough encasing a shrimp filling. Tender and juicy texture. To be enjoyed hot, often accompanied by soy sauce.

Fried and golden imperial rolls, filled with a mixture of shrimp and vegetables. Very crispy texture. Traditionally served with lettuce leaves and fresh mint to wrap them.
