Each table is provided with one traditional Korean cast-iron pot, and grilled meat is served first, followed by hot pot, and then fried rice. (The pot cannot be replaced even if it gets burnt, please adjust the heat yourself!) 【Kim Hea Dong's Five Promises】 First, not frozen pork, but chilled, high-quality pork delivered fresh daily. Second, using Korean aged chilled meat, providing high-quality pork aged for over 48 hours. Third, most of our ingredients are sourced from Korea. Kimchi, cold noodle broth, and meat aging machines are all imported Korean equipment. Fourth, except for kimchi, all side dishes are handmade in-house. (All side dishes except kimchi can be refilled infinitely.) Fifth, all grilled meats are cooked by our kitchen using traditional Korean cast-iron pots. No need to worry about the smell of grilled meat, enjoy Kim Hea Dong with peace of mind! 【The Reason Kim Hea Dong Doesn't Sell Seafood Pancake】 Kim Hea Dong is an authentic Korean pork belly specialty restaurant. Just like in Korea, most pork belly barbecue restaurants do not offer seafood pancakes. Therefore, Kim Hea Dong does not sell seafood pancakes. If you particularly want to eat seafood pancakes, we recommend [Galaxy Cave] (Korean Pub), which is about a 6-minute walk from our restaurant.
