Hanwoo Yuk-sashimi (Raw Beef)

We currently use beef from the hip (udon-sal) that arrives on the same day from Hoengseong in Gangwon-do, Yeongju in Jeonbuk, and Gwangju in Jeolla-do. 7% Wolbaek Sikdang does not sell Yuk-sashimi if its freshness is compromised, and it may sell out early due to popularity, so we ask for your understanding in advance. It is good to eat as an appetizer before enjoying the Hanwoo platter.

This dish is enjoyed raw, made from thinly sliced fresh Hanwoo beef from the hip, slaughtered on the same day. Its chewy yet tender texture and nutty flavor are exquisite. We recommend enjoying it as an appetizer, lightly dipped in sesame oil or our special sauce.
