How to enjoy braised cutlassfish deliciously: 1. Prepare seaweed. 2. Place a piece of cutlassfish and sauce on the rice. 3. Add bean sprouts and spicy soy sauce with Cheongyang chili peppers. Please tell the staff your preferred spice level (mild/spicy) when ordering. If no preference is stated, it will be ordered as mild.
