This is the signature menu of 7% Chilbaek Restaurant, boasting high-quality meat, allowing you to experience the true taste of premium Hanwoo cuts. The cuts included in 7% are 'skirt steak/intercostal/chuck flap tail', etc. P.S. Skirt steak sells out the fastest.
An assortment of premium Hanwoo cuts of 1++ and 1+ grade. It consists of skirt steak, intercostal steak, chuck flap tail, etc., and has excellent marbling. Grill it over charcoal and dip it lightly in salt to enjoy its nutty flavor.
Chilbaek Hanwoo Yuk Sashimi

We currently use sirloin that arrives the same day from Taebaek in Gangwon-do, Yeongju in Gyeongbuk, and Gwangju in Jeolla-do. 7% Chilbaek Restaurant does not serve Yuk Sashimi if the freshness is compromised, and it may sell out early as it is a popular menu item, so we ask for your understanding. It is good to eat as an appetizer before having the Hanwoo assortment.
This dish is fresh Hanwoo (Korean beef) sirloin, butchered and delivered the same day, eaten raw. It's characterized by its chewy and sticky texture, and is savory without any gamey smell. It's great to dip in our special sauce or enjoy as an appetizer.
Gondre Rice

We use the tenderest gondre harvested in spring. Gondre rice is even more delicious when mixed with 7% Chilbaek Restaurant's special jang sauce. Enjoy a healthy meal with the aroma and nutrition of gondre.
Rice cooked with fragrant gondre namul (thistle). The soft texture of the greens and its savory flavor are excellent. It becomes even more flavorful when mixed with our special soy sauce.
Chilbaek Doenjang Jjigae
칠백 된장찌개
This doenjang jjigae, made with black doenjang from Gangwon-do, blends with various vegetables to give a homemade doenjang feel. Try eating it with a spoonful of gondre rice mixed with Chilbaek Restaurant's special sauce.
A deep and rich stew made with black doenjang from Gangwon-do. The savory doenjang aroma blends with the sweetness of the vegetables. It is even more satisfying when eaten with gondre rice.
Jangajji Noodles

A jangajji noodle dish you can't find anywhere else is Chilbaek Restaurant's divine menu. It's a dessert menu that customers rave about, boasting a clean taste that cleanses your palate after eating meat. Try it with meat for a different flavor.
