All Pizzeria Parco pizzas are baked with dough that has been hand-kneaded and fermented at low temperatures for over 48 hours, making them easy to digest. We use only flour produced in the southern Italian region of Naples, which is free of preservatives and bleaching agents, and is Non-GMO. They are baked using 100% oak wood fire, not gas.
