Hansul's recommended way to enjoy our rice bowls: 1. Don't mix it like bibimbap; mix it in portions as you eat! It's delicious on its own without other side dishes. 2. When about 1/3 of the rice and sauce remain, break the poached egg and mix, or dip the meat in the poached egg. 3. If you need more rice or sauce, please let us know anytime.
