※ How to Enjoy Deliciously ※ 1. First, add kimchi and boil. 2. When the stew boils, stir it, reduce the heat when it's halfway cooked, and simmer for another 5 minutes. 3. After the onions have completely softened, simmer on low heat for the best flavor. 4. Add ramen noodles when about 1/3 of the stew remains. Add two cups of water and add the noodles when the water boils. There is no separate broth, and Doeji-Jip uses only Cheongyang peppers (spicy). (Caution for those with weak stomachs, the elderly, and pregnant women)
