A rice noodle soup with tender brisket slices in a clear broth, paired with chewy noodles. You can enjoy a different flavor by mixing the onion and hoisin sauce, prepared in a 4:1 ratio of onion to hoisin sauce, and mixing it with the noodles. If you dislike cilantro, you can enjoy it by mixing only with the hoisin sauce. Noodle refills are free with the order of one main dish per person. If you need cilantro, please ask the staff.
