Thank you for visiting Catsu. This is a small restaurant run by a couple. We carefully prepare our coffee and katsu. We use chilled domestic pork (han-don) and offer refills for rice, soup, and salad with every meal order (one per person). If the meat appears pink, it is due to 'myoglobin', a natural occurrence, so please enjoy with confidence. How to enjoy Catsu Donkatsu! On the traditional tray, use the black stone plate on the upper right to grind salt and pepper and dip your katsu, or add sauce or mustard to your preference. Please use the tubes located to the right of each seat for salad dressing. Squeeze the lemon over your salad! Thank you and we hope you have a delicious meal.
