Ninety years of excellence, exclusive to "The Dome" here in Bangkok Caviar Serving Recommendations We offer our Petrossian in glass jars on ice so as to maintain the caviar's freshness and to avoid the tinny taste caviar can get from being stored in metal. So as not to break the eggs, caviar must be spooned carefully onto lightly toasted bread, blinis or directly in the mouth with our special "Mother of pearl" spoons, never use metal, as it may alter the taste. We do not recommend sprinkling Petrossian caviar with lemon or serving with chopped egg, onion, or sour cream. For serving accompaniments, we suggest only blini, melba toasts and crème fraîche - very subtle flavors made specifically to let caviar's full flavor shine through.
