Donkatsu Janchi first appeared in Dongbinggo-dong in 2015. Our signature menu, the '45C Jin Guksu', is made with a rich broth simmered from Namhae anchovies, and is served with old-fashioned Donkatsu made from fresh pork loin and moist breadcrumbs. Both can be enjoyed by anyone without hesitation. One Donkatsu per person is standard.
