Our Matgoeul Beef Brisket Gukbap absolutely does not use any artificial seasonings (milk, creamer, MSG, etc.) in the broth. Our gukbap is boiled for over 12 hours over a wood fire in a cauldron to allow you to best experience the unique flavor of gukbap. We only use domestic Hanwoo beef.
