The Original Pancake House Pangyo

What makes our buttermilk pancake so special? Like all of our creations, the buttermilk pancakes are made 100% from scratch since 1953. We grow old-fashioned sourdough yeast, just like your great grandmother used to use, in our kitchen. This produces light, airy, fine-textured pancakes. Even though their preparation takes time and special care, the results are well worth the effort.
