Features a sequence of dishes including assorted appetizers, both cold and hot pasta with gourmet ingredients like cured mullet roe (Karasumi) or cod roe (Mentaiko), a crab croquette with caviar, and shark fin soup. The meal progresses to a choice of main protein and a rice dish, concluding with a special dessert.
