Pork noodles in a dark broth with blood (Nam Tok) for a rich, mellow, and aromatic spicy flavor. Served with pork and pork balls. Often eaten with blanched morning glory or bean sprouts. Can be seasoned with chili vinegar and fish sauce to taste.
