A dandan noodle dish with a chicken paitan base blended with three types of sesame. Features a creamy and spicy soup fragrant with spices like star anise and cinnamon (Gochu powder). Uses flat noodles.

Soupless noodles topped with spicy meat miso and pickled mustard greens. Mix well with the sauce and oil at the bottom before eating. After finishing the noodles, mix the included 'extra rice' into the remaining sauce to enjoy until the end.
