Hop House 13 Lager
Hop House 13 Lager
ORIGINAL CREATION. Hop House 13 is a double hopped lager created by Guinness at St. James's Gate in Dublin. It was here in 2015 that six expert master brewers brought this new beer to life, starting with the original Guinness yeast. One of its characteristics is the double processing of the 3 hops: starting from the kettle, it generates that unmistakable bitter taste, then it moves to the centrifuge to release the delicate aroma recognizable before drinking. TECHNICAL NAME. The name Hop House 13 derives precisely from "Hop Store n°13", the warehouse within St. James's Gate where the Galaxy, Topaz, and Mosaic hops necessary for preparation are stored. SAME GUINNESS YEAST. IT'S THE NEW HOP HOUSE 13. A NEW TASTE EXPERIENCE. HOP HOUSE 13. > ENVELOPING FLAVOR.
