Dakgangjeong is a simple pot dish where chicken is simmered. 'Dak' means chicken, and 'hanmari' means one whole chicken. It allows you to enjoy the rich flavor and juicy texture of the chicken itself. It is also rich in ingredients beneficial for fatigue recovery and beauty, such as being healthy and full of collagen. If you like spicy food, add more 'tagi'; if you like sour food, add more vinegar. Enjoy by blending to your preference. We recommend adding various toppings and finishing with udon!
