The Matsuya drama starts here. Our miso soup is a seasoned veteran that has passed over 100 auditions. We are confident enough to include it with every menu item.
A soup made by dissolving miso, a fermented food essential to the Japanese table, in dashi broth. It is rich in umami and aroma, and warms the body. Drink it directly from the bowl.

Not interested in just any vegetables. Vegetables are grown in a dedicated factory at the foot of Mt. Fuji, using the soft water of Mt. Fuji. And manufactured and shipped on the same day. That's why it's fresh! *Excludes stores in Kyushu, Hokkaido, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and Okinawa Prefecture.
