Our galettes and crêpes are made to order in the traditional way. Preparations are homemade with fresh products. Vegetables are seasonal and grown in Île-de-France.
All our galettes are made with 100% organic buckwheat flour, traditional Brittany, Moulin de l’Écluse. Our products are from organic farming, artisanal, and/or local.
