T'astous

Tastous is a specialty of Cahors, France, a region famous for black truffles: "black truffle canapés." Inspired by the感動 (emotion) of sharing Tastous with locals during my apprenticeship, I chose it as the restaurant name with the concept of simple yet gorgeous. It also plays on the French phrase "Tu as tout !!" which means "You have everything!!" or "As you like it...", reflecting our menu style where you can freely choose from à la carte or set menus.
