Set Menu 1: Cheonggukjang + Bibimbap + Bossam + Steamed Egg Set Menu 2: Fresh Cheonggukjang + Bibimbap + Bossam + Steamed Egg (Uncooked Fresh Cheonggukjang) [How to Enjoy Cheonggukjang] Our cheonggukjang is a well-being creation, fermented in a unique way to mellow its distinctive smell. It is primarily cooked with fresh mushrooms and served with bibimbap ingredients (various vegetables and seasoned greens) and bossam and steamed egg, prepared to complement the meal. 1. To enjoy it best, place the rice and cheonggukjang solids into the bowl with the bibimbap vegetables, add about 1/4 spoonful of gochujang (red chili paste), and mix with chopsticks. 2. While eating the bibimbap, occasionally take a spoonful of bossam and the beans and broth from the cheonggukjang stew for a delicious taste. ※ Cheonggukjang is particularly effective for hangovers for those who drank the night before, and also aids in removing waste and detoxification.
