Takanawa is a place where past and future intersect. Over 150 years ago, Japan's first railway ran through this area, heralding the dawn of modern Japan. With the opening of Newoman Takanawa in September 2025, this town will once again shine as a gateway connecting to the world. To this new story of Takanawa, we add a new chapter with "Yakiniku Bovin d’Or," a new concept that evolves the spirit of Yakiniku KINTAN. Bovin d’Or means "golden bull." Its name evokes the pride, richness, and mystery of the Japanese people, who once called this land "the land of gold, Zipangu." Featuring A5 rank Sendai beef and fresh offal as our stars, we present the charm of wagyu to the world. The space, adorned with stained glass showcasing artisanal craftsmanship and furniture made of natural Japanese ash wood, harmonizes with the spectacular views of Takanawa, elevating the Japanese culinary art of yakiniku into an art form.
