Satsuma Rice Granary - Isa Rice The Isa region, located in the northern part of Kagoshima Prefecture, is one of the leading rice-producing areas in the prefecture. Cold in winter and hot in summer. This temperature difference is ideal for rice cultivation, and with the cold, clear water flowing from the surrounding mountains, it results in a sweet and rich-tasting rice. Our rice is from Tatoru Farm in the Isa region, where rice is grown with environmental considerations. It is safe and secure Kagoshima-grown Isa rice, which pairs perfectly with our meat.
