Trattoria Osti Matti

The culture of good food, the passion for the traditional cuisine of our mothers and grandmothers, along with the desire to share ancient flavors passed down from generation to generation, are the starting point of this project. The union of various traditional regional dishes from the lands of our ancestors, such as Le Marche, Emilia, and Romagna, is our proposal for a simple yet high-quality cuisine. The offering of dishes different from the usual aims to be a novelty to pique our customers' curiosity to try new flavors with an ancient taste. For this reason, we have decided to exclusively use products made artisanally with ancient methods and times in our lands, such as cheeses and cured meats. The meats used for our dishes also come almost exclusively from farms located in the "Parco dei Monti Sibillini" area.
