Our restaurant cares about taste and the quality of ingredients used in cooking. They must be clean and fresh, as if cooking for family. We select ingredients meticulously to ensure the best quality. For sugar, we use palm sugar and organic coconut sugar, without added sugar, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. We do not use saccharin. Our shrimp paste is grade A, 100% krill from Krabi and good products from Rayong, including from Klong Khon. The shrimp paste does not contain starch or flour. It is FDA approved and free of preservatives, so you can eat with peace of mind. Fermented fish sauce is boiled and cooked for all dishes. Delicious freshly made peanut brittle, roasted rice, chili powder roasted by ourselves. We make our own water from Tiliacora triandra leaves, not using market products. Dried chilies, garlic, onions are washed and sun-dried before use for cleanliness. Catfish are washed before frying. Curry paste is ground by hand. Mi Kapi curry paste is sent directly from Amnat Charoen. Pepper is from Chan garden, fragrant and delicious. Jasmine rice is grade A, Dinosaur brand. Coconut milk in the box is clean and safe.
