(Payment will be made at the store on the day of your visit) This course allows you to savor exquisite nigiri made with our carefully selected luxurious ingredients. Includes 1 appetizer, 14 pieces of nigiri (including our signature "Char-grilled Otoro"), a "Sea Urchin and Ikura Mini Rice Bowl", rolls, tamagoyaki, and soup, for a total of 19 dishes. We use two types of sushi rice: red vinegar and rice vinegar, as well as two types of nikiri soy sauce, which are used differently depending on the topping. Our sushi rice is an original blend called "Nagai Sushi Ju-mai", developed in collaboration with our sushi chefs and rice producers in Kumamoto, from cultivation to polishing.
