An authentic, flavorful pizza, prepared with care and passion in our artisanal oven. A different flour from the one usually used for pizza dough. The blend of type 0 and type 1 flours is as healthy as it is delicious. The dough rises thanks to natural yeast. Kneaded according to tradition, with a minimum natural maturation of 48 hours at room temperature, respecting tradition for a more digestible dough. Raw products of protected origin (DOP), meticulously selected from the best local producers.
