At Pietro's Inn, we prepare our dishes with selected, genuine ingredients of excellent quality. The bread we serve is homemade, the pizza is prepared with natural sourdough for high digestibility, the dough is left to mature and rise for about 72 hours. Fresh, seasonal vegetables, the freshest fish chosen daily by our chef. We dress our dishes with true Italian extra virgin olive oil of superior quality. Every day we offer a dish or pizza off the menu based on our suppliers' offerings. Creating new, healthy, balanced dishes rich in fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants with winning combinations and innovative cooking methods is our job and our passion. Enjoy your meal!
