One of our goals is to serve as a bridge between Breton and Japanese culture, both linked by buckwheat and seafood products. NITRITE-FREE HAM - In partnership with Maison Beucher, a renowned artisan charcutier, we offer a nitrite-free ham, without artificial preservatives, made solely from natural ingredients. Developed exclusively for Breizh Café after more than a year of work, it offers an authentic taste, slightly salty, without acidity or excessive seasoning.
