Bibim House Choisy 비빔 집

Bibim House is the result of the meeting between a Korean woman and a Chinese man. After thirty years of experience in Asian cuisine, the couple has combined the best of both cuisines to take your taste buds on a journey through dishes prepared with love.
The word "Bibimbap" comes from "bibim" meaning "to mix" and "bap" meaning "rice" in Korean. It is a popular dish in Korea mainly composed of rice, marinated vegetables, a fried egg, and often enhanced with chili paste (gochujang). Ingredients: Spinach - Carrots - Zucchini - Soybeans - Mushrooms - Radish - Egg - Sesame oil
