Our Beef Tartare served with sautéed potatoes or, as our regulars like to say, "Half and Half", has been a staple on the menu for over fifty years. This beautiful establishment was created after the war, in a friendly and family-oriented spirit. It remains the meeting place after shows at the Théâtre des Champs Elysées for a dinner among friends. You may sometimes find the artists you applauded at the neighboring tables...
