Teppan Yakiniku Oatari

Teppan-yaki dish of pork and plenty of cabbage stir-fried with garlic and lard. Served on a hot griddle, characterized by its fragrant aroma and juicy taste. The Hakata style is to dissolve the special spicy miso into the fat and mix it in.

A set of white rice and miso soup. Generally eaten with the rich-flavored yakiniku.
