The dough is made from 4 types of Italian flours expertly blended, natural yeast, extra virgin olive oil, and salt, and is leavened for at least 24/36 hours. Cooking is done in a wood-fired oven, and we exclusively use Italian oak wood. All this to provide you with a good, genuine, highly digestible, and top-quality product.
