How to Make Our Signature Stir-Fried Udon 1. When grilling Bulgogi, do not burn the iron pot. 2. When making the stir-fried udon, use high heat. 3. Place the udon noodles into the iron pot all at once, nestle them into the grooves of the pot to mix with the meat juices, then move them to the center of the pot. Repeat this process until the meat juices are fully absorbed by the noodles. 4. Once the meat juices thicken, add about two swirls of soy sauce to adjust the flavor. 5. When the meat juices have reduced, turn off the heat and it's ready. For an enhanced experience, Kyogyuusou recommends adding napa cabbage kimchi, kejang sauce, or crab miso to finish.
