

L'ESPRIT DE MICHELINE All our recipes were imagined by Gilles Goujon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and three-star Chef at Auberge du Vieux Puits in Fontjoncouse, in the heart of the Corbières. By revisiting the great classics of French cuisine, Gilles Goujon wished to pass on his knowledge and make it accessible to as many people as possible. In the spirit of a table d'hôte, the chef has chosen to offer a short, seasonal menu, composed exclusively of slow-cooked dishes to share for two people minimum.
